Welcome to Panteg Park!
This is a community tennis venue where we run various courses throughout the year for juniors. The park has two hard courts in great condition that are open to members of the public to use at their leisure. The park has been awarded the green flag award and is kept in pristine condition by the friends of the park who work hard to keep it looking lovely for everyone to enjoy.

'Little Hitters'

Wednesday:
4-4.45pm - Mini Blue (4-6 years)
4.45-5.30pm - Mini Red (6-8 years)
5.30-6.15pm - Mini Orange (8-9 years)
6.15-7pm - Mini Green (10-11 years)

Saturday:
9-9.45am - Tots Tennis (2.5-4 years) parent and child session
9.45-10.30am - Mini Red (6-8 years)
10.30-11.15am - Mini Blue (4-6 years)
11.15-12pm - Mini Orange (8-9 years)
12-12.45pm - Mini Green (10-11 years)

Sunday Girls only sessions:
9-9.45am - Lil Miss Hits (age 4-7 years)
9.45-10.30am - Lil Miss HIts (age 8-11 years)

Teen Improvers
​
Thursday - 7-8pm (age 12-16 years)
For players who want to play socially and learn the basics. Sessions will cover basic technique, tactics and court positioning.

Adult Coaching
​
Brand new adult coaching coming soon to Panteg Park!

What's on offer:
​
Adult Beginner: a 6-week short course for beginners who have just started or want to take up a new sport. This is a great way to get active and socialise.
​
Cardio Tennis: a fun, group fitness activity for all ability levels. It is a fast-moving fitness session to music and an exciting alternative to the gym! You do not need to be able to play tennis to do this session it is primarily a fitness session.
​
Adult Improver: If you have played some tennis previously and are wanting to improve your game, we will be looking to start an adult matchplay course to improve your skills both technically and tactically.
​
Wednesday:
7-8pm - Cardio Tennis
8-9pm - Adult Improver

Thursday:
Adult Beginner - 8-9pm

Lil Miss Hits
​
Inspired and created by Judy Murray 'Lil Miss Hits' is an all-girls program created to encourage more girls to play tennis. We aim to do this by making the sport more inviting, colourful and fun.
​
A unique way of teaching - You won’t find another tennis programme that includes music, dance, nail stickers, animated characters, colouring sheets, puzzles, tricks and team games.
​

We run our Lil Miss Hits program on a Sunday morning at the park:
​
9-9.45am - age 5-7 years
9.45-10.30am - age 8-11 years
